We know that most restaurants promise all kinds of things, fresh produce,
verifiable meat, fresh fish etc etc. We however, promise also,
that we are prepared
to let you see where we buy our products from. Why?, because our belief is
that when you use good quality, fresh products you food will taste better
and at the heart of good Italian cooking is that it should be simple, not
too much cream and butter to hide that fresh taste. Our meals are also
healthy and free from GM.
We promise that the meat and fish that appears on our menus will be of the
highest quality and sourced from local butchers and fishmongers.
We promise that our pasta is fresh when we say it is and of a high quality
when we buy it dried. We will NEVER use pasta that is of inferior quality
or 'out of date'.
We promise that our vegetables (which are bought in daily) are fresh and from
local producers or market fresh from Liverpool.
